Crust & Co. is a locally owned pizza restaurant in Hopkinton, MA that combines a dedication to quality ingredients and great service. Meet the Owner – Ryan Dion

Crust & Co. owner Ryan Dion is a dedicated restaurateur with over twenty years of experience operating and growing successful restaurants. Passionate about community, he’s thrilled to be a part of the Hopkinton community and looks forward to partnering with and supporting local organizations and events.

Ryan previously served as Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operating Officer of RA Ventures Hospitality, where he co-founded 110 Grill in 2014. He led the brand’s rapid expansion, overseeing operations as it grew to more than forty locations across five states. In addition, he managed the development of several other restaurant concepts within the RA Ventures portfolio, including its expansion into Florida. During the launch of 110 Grill Hopkinton, Ryan spent significant time in the community and attended many local events.

Over the years, Ryan has been recognized for his leadership and innovation. He was named the Massachusetts Restaurant Association’s “Restaurateur of the Year” in 2021 and the MetroWest Chamber of Commerce’s “Business Leader of the Year” in 2017. Dedicated to giving back, he has partnered with organizations like ProStart, which helps develop the next generation of restaurant industry leaders.

Ryan holds degrees in business and hospitality from the University of New Hampshire and lives locally in Massachusetts with his wife, Hilary, and their two young sons.
